> In the system, `/lib32` should be a symlink to `usr/libx32`.
`/usr/libx32` should be a directory.

If this is a requirement, I'm affected by this bug too because I don't
have a libx32 directory. Yet I didn't face any upgrade problems on my
26.04 desktop so far (originally a Noble machine which I've been
upgrading around every mid-cycle).
