[Bug 2150321] [NEW] Ubuntu 26.04 flash-kernel db is not update-to-date

Public bug reported:

I have a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B device and yesterday I installed Ubuntu
26.04 on it. initramfs-tools and flash-kernel packages fail to install
(more accurately, they did get installed, but failed at configure step),
reporting my device is not recognized. I rolled it back to my original
Ubuntu 24.04 so I can no longer run commands to collect detailed
information.

By digging into it, the flash-kernel package on Ubuntu 26.04 doesn't
ship with the latest database, while Ubuntu 24.04 does.

The file in question is  /usr/share/flash-kernel/db/all.db, on Ubuntu
24.04 it does contain devices Raspberry Pi 4B; on Ubuntu 26.04, it is
still the old version.

Please update the package on Ubuntu 26.04 otherwise I can't run update-
initramfs properly to add LVM support in the initrd.img (I put the
rootfs in LVM, and everything works fine for Ubuntu 24.04).
