[Bug 2150339] Re: Upgrade to 26.04 fails

Hi there! I can identify a few issues that seems to prevent the upgrade:

- libsoup-2.4-1 has both amd64 and i386 versions installed; 26.04 does not have an install candidate for the i386 version. Same for mesa-vdpau-drivers:i386. Consider removing those.
- a number of packages come from outside the Ubuntu archive (budgie-appmenu-applet, python3-pyzstd, python3-fs)
- libgstreamer-plugins-good1.0-0 does not have an install candidate on 26.04 since libgstreamer-plugins-extra1.0-0 is incompatible with the version on 26.04 (1.28.2-2)
