[Bug 2150568] [NEW] No Livepatch icon is shown on Resolute

Public bug reported:

Update Notifier requires to have installed either "software-properties-
gtk" or "software-properties-qt" deb packages to show the Livepatch icon
in the top bar, because it is the program used to manage Ubuntu Pro. But
in Resolute this is no longer the case, and "Security Center" snap is
used instead. So the icon is not being shown.
