Public bug reported:

I'm trying to upgrade from 24.04 to 26.04 since April 23 but

$ do-release-upgrade -d

always fails after found third parts packages installed:

Checking package manager
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done

Foreign Packages Installed

The following unofficial packages are currently installed:

gparted..................Installed from: LP-PPA-xtradeb-apps
gparted-common...........Installed from: LP-PPA-xtradeb-apps
lynis....................Installed from: CISOfy
syncthing................Installed from: Syncthing

It is recommended to install supported versions from the Ubuntu
archive, and try the upgrade again.

Do you want to continue the upgrade anyways?
