[Bug 2147066] Bug 2147066

Does Canonical not accept system responsibility for their products? Do
I have the system responsibility as a user and do I have to find out
which company creates the issue? Do I have to know, how to report
problems to all sub-contractors of Canonical?

Maybe Windows after all has an important advantage over Linux.
