[Bug 2139685] [NEW] multipath error during installation on 24.04 daily

Public bug reported:

While trying to install the latest daily of 24.04 (still .3 but daily
from 02.02.) on a multipath disk setup on an s390x system, that has an
older 26.04 on it (trying to reinstall the system on 24.04) the
installer crashed.
