[Bug 2139279] Re: remove alsa-driver from the archive; obsolete

`src:lubuntu-meta` / `bin:lubuntu-desktop` / `bin:lubuntu-desktop-
minimal` do not directly seed this package nor refer to it directly in
our manifests.

It does, however, use the following for Sound drivers (pulled from the
seeds information for Resolute):

 * pipewire-audio                   # Get pipewire-alsa and pipewire-pulse without causing Pulseaudio-related upgrade problems

Provided that `pipewire` and `pipewire-audio` which can pull in
`pipewire-alsa` don't refer to the alsa components anymore, this should
not be an issue with regards to Lubuntu.

Bug description:
  alsa-driver package was removed from Debian in 2012, and the newer
  alsa-base package in 2017. We should drop the reverse-depends on alsa-
  base and remove src:alsa-driver.
