Added netplan.io due to [1]:

8732s FAIL: test_try_accept_lp1949095 (__main__.TestNetworkd.test_try_accept_lp1949095)
8732s ----------------------------------------------------------------------
8732s Traceback (most recent call last):

8732s self.assertNotIn('An error occurred:', out)
8732s ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
8732s AssertionError: 'An error occurred:' unexpectedly found in 'Do you want to keep these settings?\n\n\nPress ENTER before the timeout to accept the new configuration\n\n\nChanges will revert in 120 seconds\nAn error occurred: Read returned None.\n\nReverting.\n'

The test runs netplan try, which waits for user input, but we can send a
signal (USR1) to mimick an accept. Something is not working with that
signal, and the prompt never gets an answer, which fails the test. This
is happening on all architectures, so seems valid.

Bug description:
This bug is for tracking autopkgtest regressions with Python 3.14 as a
  supported version.

These regressions will be ignored to allow python3-defaults to
  migrate.

This will not cause breakage in Resolute, as Python 3.13 remains the
default, but the autopkgtests will regress and new failures won't be
  visible.
