Bug description:
  2306s TimeoutDefaultSecondsWaiter_one.jtr is missing "Timeout signalled" action timeout message
  2306s make: *** [../test/timeoutDefaultSeconds/TimeoutDefaultSeconds.gmk:29: /tmp/autopkgtest.N8IA4P/build.9Ay/src/build/test/TimeoutDefaultSeconds.ok] Error 1

  The compile action times out with the default timeout of 2 seconds
  failing the test.
