1. flash the https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/nvidia-tegra/ubuntu-server/noble/daily-preinstalled/manual/noble-preinstalled-server-arm64+tegra-jetson.img.xz image
2. Boot in OS
3. `sudo debsums -c`
[Expected Result]
There is no any debsums failed
[Actual Result]
/usr/sbin/start-stop-daemon debsums failed
