[Bug 2138376] [NEW] Subiquity 25.10+git55.6c6555e6_6944 crash on riscv64

Public bug reported:

I tried to install a riscv64 VM using the current live installer image.
I upgraded subiquity in the installer to 25.10+git55.6c6555e6_6944 and
it reported a crash.

If I read the crash log right, apt-get update failed.

The installed image was bootable which also points to a late failure.
