[Bug 2138397] [NEW] /usr/lib/llvm-19/lib/LLVMgold.so missing in riscv64 package

Public bug reported:

This concerns llvm-19-linker-tools version 1:19.1.1-1ubuntu1~24.04.2 in
Ubuntu noble.

Saw this in a Firefox build on riscv64:

    14:03.56   = note: /usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/llvm-19/bin/../lib/LLVMgold.so: error loading plugin: /usr/lib/llvm-19/bin/../lib/LLVMgold.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
    14:03.57           clang-19: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)
    14:03.61 error: could not compile `proc-macro2` (build script) due to 1 previous error

All the arch builds of this package have
/usr/lib/llvm-19/lib/LLVMgold.so, except for the riscv64 one.

The riscv64 package does have /usr/lib/bfd-plugins/LLVMgold-19.so, FWIW:
