I still does not work. I don't think it a local network issue. It may be
a problem with the repository and not gnome-control-center itself, but
it still causes update to fail.

Bug description:
  using the software updater or the command line (sudo apt upgrade) fails with:
  failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/gnome-control-center/gnome-control-center-data_46.7-0ubuntu0.24.04.3_all.deb Connection failed
  Unable to fetch some archives

  I tried over several days with different servers, but the they all
  fail.
