  ubuntu-bug should collect GPU driver info also

Bug description:
  I have idea. When user making bug report about GPU driver pack
  (example https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-
  drivers-580/+bug/2137091 ), ubuntu-bug tool should also collect driver
  info (like `nvidia-smi` output). But it doesn't yet, we even don't
  know GPU hardware name...
