May as well fix this at the same time as patching up LP: #2132298 --
I'll also add a test to test_db to guard against duplicates in future as
it seems another duplicate is also present (ThinkPad X13s).

Bug description:
  In the upstream kernel the device-tree for the StarFive VisionFive 2
  Lite has been changed before merging to starfive/jh7110-starfive-
  visionfive-2-lite.dtb (%s/jh7110s/jh7110).

  So the database entry should be:

  Machine: StarFive VisionFive 2 Lite
  Kernel-Flavors: any
  DTB-Id: starfive/jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-lite.dtb
  Boot-Script-Path: /boot/boot.scr
  U-Boot-Script-Name: bootscr.uboot-generic
  Required-Packages: u-boot-tools

  Currently there is a duplicate entry for the StarFive VisionFive 2
  Lite in db/all.db. Please, remove the duplicate.
