We appreciate that this bug may be old and you might not be interested
in discussing it anymore. But if you are then please upgrade to the
latest Ubuntu version and re-test. If you then find the bug is still
present in the newer Ubuntu version, please add a comment here telling
us which new version it is in.

(  The `ubiquity` installer was last used as primary installer for
Ubuntu 22.10 Desktop; the installer was replaced with `ubuntu-desktop-
installer` for 23.04 & later releases; no more ISOs using `ubiquity` are
planned as the installer is deprecated )

  Tried to factory reset my compute stick, crashed

Bug description:
  I have an intel compute stick lying around, decided to boot it up and
  factory reset it.  When I factory reset it, it reinstalled Ubuntu
  14.04.  Near the end of the installation, it just didn't want to
  finish, and just crashed.
