Software Properties are no longer pre-installed on Ubuntu since 26.04,
but I think that it could still be a good idea to update their AppStream
metadata.

  New

Bug description:
  The currently used AppStream metadata file of software-properties-gtk
  is ancient and won't work in the future. Please consider modernizing
  it a little bit. See the attachment as an example (and feel free to
  use it). Also consider adding a developer tag and a screenshot.
