    - fix(syslog): use return instead of exit in initqueue/online hook
  * dracut-test: add run-qemu and test-functions
  * autopkgtest: Doule timeout to 20 min for slow architectures armhf, riscv64

  edk2 2025.11-3ubuntu3 is blocked in proposed by autopkgtests failure of ipxe with 2 failing tests:
    - iso-arm64-cd
    - iso-arm64-hd
