Public bug reported:

[ Impact ]

 * On Dell K2 Dock, flashing the Dell provided DFU firmware cab file

 * Flash DFU 01.01.13.01 by fwupd tool 1.9.33

 * Terminal Show update successfully

 * Run command 'fwupdmgr get-devices'.

 * Found NVM can’t update to 64.81

[ Test Plan ]

 * On Dell machine which supports TBT5

 * Flash DFU 01.01.13.01, run command "sudo fwupdmgr install <DFU
firmware>.cab --allow-reinstall"

 * if the test cab is missing signature, below message will pop-up
   firmware signature missing or not trusted; set OnlyTrusted=false in /etc/fwupd/fwupd.conf
   ONLY if you are a firmware developer

 * run command "fwupdmgr get-devices" can get correct firmware version

Additionally, the standard testing under “QA Process” from
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/firmware-updates will be followed.

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * The SRU requires the version bump to 1.9.34 by leveraging the exception document
   https://wiki.ubuntu.com/firmware-updates

[ Additional information ]

 * The upstream commit for the issue,
https://github.com/fwupd/fwupd/pull/9784
