You have some unofficial software installed from the remmina-ppa-
team/remmina-next PPA. The versions of packages from that PPA conflict
with what is available in the official Ubuntu archive, which prevents
the upgrade from being calculated.

Please remove that PPA, install the official versions from the Ubuntu
archive, and try again.
