When filing bugs with ubuntu-bug package from terminal

apport gives verbose warnings:

REDACTED config part /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/99-installer.cfg, insufficient permissions
REDACTED config part /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/90_dpkg_maas.cfg, insufficient permissions
Failed loading yaml blob. Yaml load allows (<class 'dict'>,) root types, but got str instead
REDACTED config part /etc/cloud/cloud.cfg.d/00-subiquity-disable-cloudinit-networking.cfg, insufficient permissions

then successfully launches browser to launchpad to fill the bug title +

and after filing the bug, the errors remain in terminal and the
