I'm setting the "verification-done-noble" tag here now, since:
- the verification is supposed to be  done as part of LP#2108997, which superseded this one (see comment #3)
- and the verification got already done for LP#2108997 about 2 weeks ago (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-z-systems/+bug/2108997/comments/65 and 66)

Bug description:
  SRU: backport the final gdb 15.1 release to 24.04 LTS, including the
  changes from 20240403 up to the release 20240707.

  A test rebuild using these packages was done as described in LP:
  #2076024.

  The gdb testsuite run during the build doesn't show regressions.
