[Bug 2144861] [NEW] no notice by update-notifier for modem RW101firmware update

When performing a system update with update-notifier (the built-in
application of Ubuntu), no firmware updates are available. However, the
new firmware version can be detected by running the command fwupdmgr
update.The real result see the attachment.
