You've reported this bug against ubuntu-release-upgrader which is used
to upgrade a system from one release (eg. 22.04) to a later release (eg.
24.04), but I see no evidence you've tried that, and your description
text makes no mention of it. The release-upgrade process works on your
existing system and doesn't involve any SSO login.

You've no doubt filed against an incorrect package, but I'm unclear what
your issue is, so as to re-direct the filing. This bug report (which
isn't about support) can be converted to a question (which is about
support) if that is your purpose.
