Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. What happens here: apport started and forked a new
process. Then the initial process returned (you can see
"lotuspsychje at r00tb0x:~$" in the logs). Afterward apport wrote warnings
to stderr.

You can just press enter (or ctrl+c) to get a new prompt printed.

We should address the warnings though.

  apport gives verbose warnings:

  then successfully launches browser to launchpad to fill the bug title
