I'd say for multipath-tools there's nothing to change. multipath-tools-
boot provides hook scripts for initramfs-tools, which are not used by
dracut, and it depends on either initramfs-tools or linux-initramfs-tool
(which is provided by dracut). So I'd say there's no action needed for
multipath-tools, or do you think otherwise?

Bug description:
  Dracut is the new default initrd generator in Ubuntu (see #2121920 or
  https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/spec-switch-to-dracut/54776 for
  example).

  So please change recommending "initramfs-tools | linux-initramfs-tool"
  to "dracut | linux-initramfs-tool".
