[Bug 2146167] Re: libdigest-sha3-perl uninstallable in resolute w/ coreutils-from-uutils

added `coreutils-from` because a number of tools are listed as providing
`/usr/bin/sha3sum`. I don't know a world where we'd have `busybox` as
our `coreutils` + `libdigest-sha3sum-perl`, but maybe?
