Changes are conservative, fix bugs and improve sudo.ws compatibility.
The TAB pwfeedback toggle is a new feature, but is well scoped and well
testable. Also good that there's no more need to carry pwfeedback as a
patch. FFe approved, but remember it's beta week. Please proceed soon
after freeze is lifted.

Bug description:
  The newest version of sudo-rs 0.2.13 is available upstream. This
  should come with a number of bug fixes as well as an extension to the
  pwfeedback enablement by allowing toggling it with TAB.
