This was fixed in apport version 2.33.1-0ubuntu6 however Erich forgot to
put the proper syntax for closing the apport bug. There is a newer
version with these changes in proposed as well -0ubuntu7 with other
changes.

Title:
  [FFe] port apport-kde to Qt6

Status in kubuntu-notification-helper package in Ubuntu:

Status in libkubuntu package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
drkonqi was given an improper Conflicts: relationship which is now
causing Ubuntu Studio .iso images to FTBFS. It seems as though the
purpose was to force the removal of apport-kde, which Ubuntu Studio
disagrees with as that would remove the ability to report bugs with
  full logs to Launchpad.

The proper fix here would be to port apport-kde to Qt6, which is
slightly more than trivial to fix. However, a couple of other
packages, which are dependencies of apport-kde, also need a proper
  port:

  kubuntu-notification-helper
  libkubuntu

I am working dilligently on those, but the first part of the fix is to
get drkonqi's package relationships fixed. The rest can come post-
  beta.
