[Bug 2146635] [NEW] Kubuntu and Ubuntu Studio require systemd-coredump

Public bug reported:

drkonqi is an upstream bug reporter that reports issues directly to KDE.
This bug reporter has long-since been a part of KDE Plasma, and works
simultaneously with apport. apport can pull core dumps from systemd-
coredump, but drkonqi cannot pull from apport-core-dump-handler. In
order to meet the needs of both, apport-core-dump-handler must be
removed and systemd-coredump must be installed.

This applies only to Kubuntu and Ubuntu Studio.
