FYI ... the ubuntu-release-upgrade tool has NEVER worked for me, causing
additional headaches, time and productivity delays. Moreover the forums
suggested it is best to do a clean install. And they System must be
right and upto date in order to upgrade to the next version. Right?!?!
Just saying.

Title:
Booting in Emergency Mode
Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Picture says a 1000 words. Please see pic attached as this is what I
get upon boot-up and not sure why. I keep hitting ENTER, then type
EXIT at the prompt. Sometimes it works and boots up, sometimes not -
so I repeat until it does.
Don't know what pkg it would be. May not be a bug! I'm not a
programmer. Just something I've been putting up with for about a year.
What can I do before upgrading to next version?
Thanks!
