[Bug 2146830] [NEW] [SRU] kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade erroneously calls "-m"

Public bug reported:

[Impact]

Testing Kubuntu or Ubuntu Studio upgrades is done in a wrapper script
called kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade. Currently, if a developer wishes
to upgrade Questing to Resolute in a test, they are unable.

-m was deprected in plucky. It was removed, but not from questing and,
therefore, is bugged there.

[Test Case]

>From a terminal in Ubuntu Studio or Kubuntu 25.10, run:

kubuntu-devel-release-upgrade

Expected: pkexec prompt and subsequent KDE frontend for the release
upgrader.

Actual: do-release-upgrade: error: no such option: -m

[What could go wrong]

There could be typo in the MP, but I doubt it. The solution is simply to
remove `-m desktop` from the command line, which appears to be done in
the code, but it was never released.
