the ctb packages build both linux and glibc packages. we need to keep
these in sync for the release. So another upload is needed, but cannot
be done until the glibc build is fixed.

also, please don't use fantasy version numbers, a -2ubuntu1 means, there is a -2 package in Debian, but there's none.
