Bug description:
  on wsl2 I tried to upgrade to 26.04

  I followed instructions:

  sudo apt update
  sudo apt upgrade -y
  sudo apt dist-upgrade -y
  sudo apt autoremove -y
  sudo apt install update-manager-core
  Prompt=lts
  sudo do-release-upgrade -d
