Ubuntu release upgrade from 22.04 to 24.04 failed.

I expected the release upgrade to succeed.

A zip file of the /var/log/dist-upgrade/ directory is attached.

lsb_release -a

Description:	Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS

Please let me know if you need anything further. I have a few dozen machines which need to be upgraded to v24.04 soon.
