Not clear to me that this is ubiquity related.
however using $ ubuntu-bug that's what's offered.

clicking on Settings / Ubuntu Desktop
Sad face No Ubunbtu settings found
please report a bug in Launchpad, but no further assistance, nor advice.

in particular which package is this part of?

This is not an installation issue, however 'other' produces an error
message and other suggestions seemed no more relevant.
