[Bug 2152795] [NEW] distupgrade kubuntu 25.10 to 26.04 fails; many broken kde package dependencies

Public bug reported:

When performing a dist-upgrade from 25.10 to 26.04, the upgrader detects 39 broken kde packages.
Since I created a snapshot (it is a vm on proxmox) beforehand, I can easily rollback.
I could possibly start a new VM with clean install, but I would prefer to distupgrade.
