[Bug 2153400] [NEW] Can't copy text from Network problem warning

This is feature request.

Please add capability to copy text from warning window.

It should be easy to ask help and make bug report. For example I can't copy text from this warning "Network problem
Cannot connect to crash database, please check your Internet connection.
<urlopen error [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer>"

P.S. This is common problem in Ubuntu. Most Flutter apps/websites don't
allow copy/select by default https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-
desktop-provision/issues/1234#issuecomment-4484369191 . I suggest to
block such apps in Ubuntu until the problem will not be solved.
