Wrong example, this was the exception that did have an allow launching

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After upgrade to 26.04 from 25.10 ALLL(!) he desktop shortcuts have a red cross and cannot launch anymore
  Files are in ~/Desktop.
  The "allow launch" option in also disappeared.
  Changing ~/Desktop files with +x does not have any effect.
  Ubuntu 26.10. Gnome Desktop Nautllus.
