During Upgrade process error is reported:
Could not install /tmp/aot-dpkg-install-I9UXnt/33-cpp-14-x86-64-lunyx-gnu-14.3.0-14ubuntu1_admd64.deb
package may not be in a working state, please consider submutting a bug report about it.
Cannot copy extrata data to //usrlibexec/gcc/x86_64-lunux-gnu/cc1 to
/usr/libexec/gcc/x86_64-linux/cc1.dbpg-new : unexpected end of file or

Why does Ubuntu not check the checksum after download ?
