new fwts ppa uploads

Hey guys -- With the slew of new patches from Colin would it make sense
to go ahead and get the dev and unstable crack ppa's back and and running:

https://launchpad.net/~firmware-testing-team/+archive/ppa-fwts-unstable-crack

With fwts-live, I pull from the devel ppa, but could do either if we
wanted to do quick smoke testing on various gear.
