version for the coming release

Dear all,
  As preparing the release to go tomorrow., I would like know how
others think of a new version to be: V0.24.22 or V0.25.0.

  To me an increased minor version means that it is q-series-proper,
though the q-series archive is not yet available . So I prefer to
V0.25.0.

  Any comment or question please. :-)
