[PATCH] bios: mtrr: remove mtrr_test4 because we're removed FWTS_TEST_VGA_REGION

An earlier patch removed FWTS_TEST_VGA_REGION but I forgot to also
remove mtrr_test4.  Remove this unwanted and broken old test.
