fwts 0.26.03-rc1 review

Hi all:
  We have got quite a few new changes since the last release. Let's
move on to the rc stage for updating/solving the fwts-test failures
before it gets out of control.

  The tag 0.26.03-rc1 is pushed to both fwts and fwts-test git trees.
And the release tarball is available at
http://fwts.ubuntu.com/release-rc/fwts-V0.26.03-rc1.tar.gz.

  The fwts-test failure log is attached in the mail.
