fwts V0.26.04-rc4 review

Hi all:
  Older versions of gcc do not compile this release. Colin already
sent the fix in the mailing list.

  Since the developing series Raring (and Quantal) does not suffer
from this issue, I am going just to upload the package to Raring.

  And the fix for older versions of gcc will be included in 0.26.05.
Now we just go forward and clear up the patch backlog it will be fine.
