Firmware Test Suite 13.07.00 is released

Hi all:
  fwts 13.07.00 is released just now.

  The source tarball is available at
http://fwts.ubuntu.com/release/fwts-V13.07.00.tar.gz
  For Ubuntu users, the debs are available at the PPA
https://launchpad.net/~firmware-testing-team/+archive/ppa-fwts-stable
  The new release is also dput to Saucy. It will be available soon.
