brainstorming for fwts in the T-seris

Hi all:
  As discussed with YK, and the vUDS time was harsh to Asians, we may
have to go on our discussion on the next cycle of fwts with the
traditional tools like mailing list or wiki.

  A wikipage is created:

  Please put your thoughts of the features, improvements, functions,
bugs of the T-series fwts there. It's okay even it is raw.

  For those can't edit the wiki, you can just replying in this mailing
list. I will collect them and put them on the wiki.

  On Oct/9, we will review all of them, and transform them to a few
work items and bugs in LP. That's the plan.
