FWTS Reviewer Invitation to Matt Fleming and Jeremy Kerr

Hi,

FWTS is catching attention from industry and we have received many
contributions from developers outside Canonical. FWTS has become much
more than an internal project that is maintained by and used in one
company.  FWTS team really appreciates everybody who supports FWTS.

Our patch review process requires two acks from active members and
reviewers.  As more and more contributors joining this open-source
projects, we'd like to invite non-Canonical contributors to join our
review processes.

We defined a nominate process that requires one of reviewers to
nominate a contributor or a contributor to nominate himself/herself to
fwts-devel mailing list, and two acks from current reviewer members.
