[PATCH 0/4] fedora: Updates and bug fixes

This patchset fixes and issue with the incorrectly installed klog.json file,
adds a fedora version value (to keep track of test builds, etc.), and
allows for dynamic updates of the fedora version based on the
value of FWTS_VERSION in src/lib/include/fwts_version.h.
